Buttons

Button options work on all modules that use buttons, except style.
Style can only be set globally per association.

Options

• Style: square/pill/underlined ($button-style in _settings-overrides.scss)
• Copy: default is 'Ready More' (button-copy)
• Align: left/right/center/expanded (button-align)
• Background Color (button-bg)
• Text Color (button-text)
• Size: tiny/small/normal/large (button-size)
